Barstool Relief Fund

2020 was an incredibly difficult year for millions of small businesses across the nation. Squire’s was no exception. Squire’s had to go into takeout only mode not once, but twice. The second time was more impactful on the business than the first time, as Niagara County, just 1,000-feet away, was open for dine-in.

Rick’s son, Erich, sent an email to the Barstool Relief Fund for help, and they listened. After Erich sent in a video explaining the Squire’s story, a 25-year old staple in the City of Tonawanda, staying open throughout the entire pandemic to be there for the community and for their employees, Barstool founder Dave Portnoy gave Rick the call telling him they we’re going to help us out for as long as we are in need.

The outreach of support has been nothing short of amazing. Kind messages from all across the nation, and the outreach from our friends at home has been wonderful. We are very grateful to all our customers and friends that have supported us throughout this year and the 24 previous years!

Please consider donating to the fund, or purchasing one of Barstool’s Buffalo-themed t-shirts or hoodies as proceeds benefit small businesses throughout the nation.
